• When you use our hiring support: information about contacts at client companies and about candidates (name, contact details, work history, what was said in interviews, intention to apply, etc.)
• When you contact us: name, company name, email address, and the content of your inquiry
• When you browse this site: access statistics (pages viewed, referrer, browser type, etc., collected in a form that does not identify individuals)

02Purposes of use

We use personal information only for the following purposes.

• Providing hiring support (defining requirements, designing and running selection, interviews, support from offer to start date, onboarding design, etc.)
• Communicating, coordinating, and reporting with clients, candidates, and other parties
• Responding to inquiries
• Statistical analysis to improve the quality of our services
• Responding as required by law

03Candidates’ personal information

Because of the nature of hiring support, we collect candidates’ personal information and handle it on the following principles.

• We handle it with the candidate’s consent
• We provide it only to the selection process of client companies the candidate has chosen to apply to
• After selection ends (rejection, withdrawal, or six months after an offer), we promptly delete or anonymize it at the candidate’s request
• We respond to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion within a reasonable period

04Provision to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

• With the person’s consent (including provision to client companies a candidate has chosen to apply to)
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property

05Outsourcing

We may outsource part of our work to outside providers. We require appropriate handling by contract and supervise them. Our main providers and services are as follows.

• Google Workspace (email and document management)
• Cloudflare (delivery and security of this site, receiving and storing inquiries, access statistics)

06Security measures

We take the following measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.

• Limiting access to those who need it for their work
• Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS)
• Password management and two-factor authentication
• Supervision of providers based on contracts

07Your rights

You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us at the address below. We will promptly provide our company name, address, and the name of our representative upon request.

08Changes

We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws or our business. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
